When you ask for support
We email the contact details, preferred way to connect, and answers you provide to our team at hello@colorfulbunch.com so we can respond to your request. We keep delivery records to help prevent duplicate requests and troubleshoot delivery. Sending a support request doesn’t subscribe you to the journal.
When you subscribe to the journal
Lunote stores your email address and subscription and consent records to manage your journal subscription. We send a confirmation email before your subscription starts. You can unsubscribe using the link in journal emails.
For journal emails, we record delivery information and reported interactions, such as opens and link clicks, to understand email delivery and readership.
Website and form protection
Cloudflare hosts this website, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check form submissions in the background. Turnstile processes technical signals, including your IP address and browser information, to detect automated traffic. Read Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details.
We use Amazon Simple Email Service to deliver support requests and journal emails.
